Quality control at every stage
Product quality is the result of the entire process, not a single inspection carried out after manufacturing has been completed.
We verify input data, technical parameters, workmanship, completeness and the way each product is prepared. This helps us identify non-conformities earlier, reduce the risk of errors and support consistency across subsequent production runs.

The beginning of the process
Quality begins before manufacturing starts
Correct execution depends on reliable and as complete as possible input data. Reference numbers, documentation, dimensions, markings and information about the intended application provide the basis for the next stages of the process.
Incomplete or incorrect information may affect product fit. This is why verifying the available data is one of the first steps in the quality control process.
Inspection system
Verification throughout the entire process
Quality control covers the input data, the successive stages of product preparation and the final assessment before the product is released for dispatch.
Incoming inspection
Before work begins, the available information is reviewed to ensure that the product is identified correctly and the key project requirements are defined.
- product data and intended application,
- reference number or product marking,
- available technical documentation,
- basic dimensions,
- requirements provided by the customer.
In-process inspection
During product preparation, we verify the parameters that affect its construction, fit and compliance with the approved requirements.
- position of structural components,
- key working dimensions,
- mounting points,
- connection arrangement,
- completeness of the prepared components.
Final inspection
The finished product is compared with the approved requirements and inspected before identification, protection and preparation for dispatch.
- dimensional compliance,
- overall workmanship quality,
- surface condition,
- product completeness,
- identification and preparation for dispatch.
Scope of inspection
Key areas subject to verification
The scope of inspection depends on the product type and the approved requirements. Particular attention is paid to the parameters that affect correct identification, installation and product completeness.
External dimensions
The overall product dimensions are compared with the approved data and the requirements of the intended installation space.
Mounting points
The position of brackets and other components affecting correct product installation is verified.
Connections and ports
The inspection covers the position, orientation and key dimensional parameters of the connection components.
Structural geometry
The relative position of the components and compliance with the required product proportions are verified.
Workmanship quality
The overall condition of the product, component workmanship, surface condition and completeness are assessed.
Product identification
The markings are checked to ensure that the product can be assigned to the correct variant, project or order.
Non-conformity management
What happens when a non-conformity is identified?
When a non-conformity is identified, the product is held at the relevant stage and reviewed again. The next steps depend on the nature of the issue and its impact on fit, completeness or the product's intended use.
Identification
The type of non-conformity and the stage at which it was identified are established.
Impact assessment
Assessment of whether the issue affects product fit, completeness or identification.
Corrective action
The product may be sent for correction, prepared again or withdrawn from further processing.
Re-inspection
Once the appropriate action has been completed, the product undergoes the relevant verification again.
A product that does not meet the approved requirements is not automatically passed to the next stage of the process.
Documentation and parameters
Inspection supporting consistency
For subsequent production batches, it is important to maintain comparable parameters and clear product identification.
Structured data, defined inspection parameters and clear links between the product and the correct variant support consistent order fulfilment for distributors and business partners.
Final stage
Quality also covers product preparation
Final verification concerns more than the product itself. It also covers product identification, protection and correct assignment to the order being prepared.
Identification
The product carries markings that allow it to be identified correctly.
Protection
The packaging method reduces the risk of damage during storage and transport.
Completeness
The product is checked to confirm that all components specified for the relevant variant are present.
Dispatch preparation
The product is assigned to the correct order and prepared for further distribution.
Individual projects
Inspection of custom-made projects
Custom-made products require particularly precise definition of the input data and the parameters that will be subject to verification.
The scope of the project may be defined using documentation, dimensions, a reference number, photographs or a supplied product sample.
